General Tips
1. If in all probability the dealer doesn’t have a blackjack as he hits on a soft 17 playing with a double deck, if he has an Ace and you have an 8 and 2, you should hit.
2. In double deck blackjack where the dealer stands on a soft 17, if you have a 16 composed of a 9, 6 and an Ace against the dealer's 10, then hit.
3. If you want to make sure the dealer has your best interests at heart, place the tip right in front of your wagering circle, essentially turning it into a side bet on your hand. If you win, the dealer's tip doubles.
4. In double deck blackjack where the dealer stands on a soft 17, if you have a 16 composed of an Ace, Ace, 3, 3, 4 and 4 against the dealer's 7, then stand.
5. When playing one deck blackjack, in case the dealer doesn’t have a blackjack and he stands on a soft 17, if he has a 5 and you have a 9 and 7, your best option would be to stand.Glossary

3. Double Down: (). To double the size of one's initial bet before taking one more card. Once a player doubles down, the player may receive only one more card. Usually, but not always, a player may only double down after receiving the first two cards. He does this by placing an amount which may be less than, or equal to (but may not exceed) the original stake, behind his initial bet. In some casinos the player may double down after splitting and in some casinos the player may only double on 10 or 11.

5. Shuffle Up - Premature shuffling by the dealer to discourage card counting.Strategy
1. Consider the following scenario where the dealer appears not to have a blackjack, while hitting on a soft 17 (the game is played with a double deck); if he has a 2 and you have a 10 and 5, you should stand.
2. Under the presumption that the dealer doesn’t have a blackjack (one-deck) and that he stands on a soft 17, if he has a 10 and you have a 9 and 5, you would be advised to hit.
3. When you get a strong sense that the dealer didn’t get a blackjack as he hits on a soft 17 while playing with a double deck, if he has a 7 and you have a 9 and 4, it would be best to hit.
4. In reference to the possibility that the dealer hasn’t obtained a blackjack (using a single deck) while hitting on a soft 17, if he has a 10 and you have a 10 and 6, it would be preferable for you to hit.
5. In a game played using a double deck, when you sense that the dealer might not have a blackjack while standing on a soft 17, if he has a 10 and you have a 7 and Ace, you should hit.
